There is a glitch, however. When you get to the casket of the last knight, the selection point doesn't display it as the casket.
When you try to open it, Indy says he can't. I had no issues trying to save. F5 to save and load. I personally saved one game at the start of the game and then one at the glitched casket. That way if the glitch ever gets fixed maybe corrupt import any of us can load it.

Found it here on accident and started to pass it up until I get to the casket in the catacomb. There is no option to open the casket! Has anyone gotten past that part yet? Is this a glitch of some sort?
